Omar El-Alfy is the CEO of ADMOG Gold, where he leads the company’s strategy to unlock Africa’s vast gold potential through focused exploration, disciplined development, and responsible growth. With a strong background spanning mining investments, project execution, and corporate finance, Omar brings a rare combination of technical insight and commercial acumen to his role.

He has held senior leadership positions at firms including Allied Gold Corporation, ASCOM Precious Metals, and Qalaa Holdings—Egypt’s largest investment company. Throughout his career, Omar has played a pivotal role in transforming early-stage mining ventures into successful, high-value operations, including one of East Africa’s largest greenfield gold discoveries.

At ADMOG Gold, he is driving expansion across key African markets, forging high-impact partnerships, and ensuring long-term value creation through a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Ken Crichton is Chief Operating & Projects Officer at ADMOG Gold, where he leads project execution, operational strategy, and asset development across the company’s growing African portfolio. A mining executive with a global track record, Ken has successfully led complex gold, base metal, and coal operations across Asia, Africa, and Australia.

Throughout his career, Ken has held senior leadership roles at companies including Newcrest Mining, BHP, Thiess Contractors, and PT Archi Indonesia, where he guided the company through its IPO on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. He has also served as CEO and board member of multiple publicly listed mining firms, managing operations in challenging jurisdictions and delivering large-scale resource projects from discovery to production.

At ADMOG Gold, Ken brings deep operational experience, capital markets insight, and hands-on leadership to drive the company’s development and expansion efforts. His approach is rooted in technical rigor, stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to building long-term, sustainable mining operations.

Luca Maggini is the Vice President of Exploration at ADMOG Gold, overseeing the company’s exploration strategy across Africa’s most prospective gold regions. A multilingual, SACNASP-registered geologist, Luca has led successful exploration and development programs from grassroots discovery to advanced project stages across Africa and South America.

His career includes senior roles with global mining companies such as AngloGold Ashanti, Endeavour Mining, Robex, and Vale, where he directed field programs in regions including the West African Craton, Central African Copperbelt, the Witwatersrand Basin, and Brazil’s Tapajós Province.

At ADMOG Gold, Luca leads all exploration efforts—from target generation to resource growth—applying rigorous geological insight, field-based leadership, and a passion for unlocking world-class gold deposits.

Mansoor Alharthi serves as Executive Assistant at ADMOG, supporting executive leadership through high-level administrative coordination, communications management, and cross-departmental facilitation. With a multidisciplinary background spanning petroleum engineering, business administration, and operational logistics, he brings a versatile skill set to the company’s daily and strategic functions.

He began his career in the upstream oil and gas sector, gaining hands-on experience in dynamic field environments before transitioning to roles in project support and executive operations. At EIX Investments, he honed his skills in scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and data management, building a strong foundation for his role at ADMOG Gold.

Today, Mansoor plays a key role in streamlining executive workflows, ensuring timely communication, and enabling effective decision-making across the organization. His ability to balance technical awareness with organizational efficiency makes him an indispensable part of ADMOG Gold’s operational core.
